The perfect break for you and the kids these holidays…
Spring into tennis these school holidays! Shaw Park and Everton Tennis Centre will jointly be offering 4 day clinics in both the first and second week of the break. The clinics are a fantastic way to keep the kids entertained and improve their tennis ahead of the new term. Drop them in on your way to work and they can enjoy a full day of tennis from 9am-3pm. Book them in for all 4 days and save over $80!

Join our high performance tennis coaching team at Everton Tennis Centre these September Holidays for a mix of fun, technical and physical activities that cater for players of all standards between the ages of 4 – 17 years old!
If your child has not played tennis before, they are still welcome to join us! We put the kids into age groups (just like hotshots coaching) so they are with kids of their own age!

2014 Tennis Gear Club Championships
The 2014 Tennis Gear Club Championships commence on Sunday 1st June. Shaw Park would like to invite all players from all Tennis Gear Centre’s to partake in the competition.
Everton and Shaw Park invite all players from all standards to attend our annual tennis competition on Sunday 1st June. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, advanced or even a social player, the Tennis Gear Club Championships is for you. The competition will be open to anyone who is currently involved with the Morningside, Everton and Shaw Park programs. All social and fixtures players are encouraged to join in this in-house competition. If you have never played competitively before, or have never been in a tournament, the Club Championships is an excellent way to gain extra time on court and learn the game.
The categories are:
- Opens – Singles and/or Doubles
- A Grade – Singles and/or Doubles
- B Grade – Singles and/or Doubles
The cost is as follows:
- Singles only – $20
- Doubles only – $15
- Singles and Doubles – $35
What to expect on the day?
The Tennis Gear Club Championships will involve a BBQ, drinks, prizes, trophies, music and loads more. Additionally, we will be having our first ever Wimbledon themed Club Competition! So make sure you dress in your best white tennis gear, bring your English accents and have heaps of fun. There will be some great prizes on offer to the best dressed tennis players!

Easter Holiday Tennis Clinic at Everton Tennis Centre!
Our Easter Holiday Tennis Clinic will be held at Everton Tennis Centre during the second week of the school holidays. Come down and join our high performance coaching team on Monday 14th April – Thursday 17th April who will provide a range of fun, technical and physical activities during 9:00am – 3:00pm. This is the perfect school holiday activity and for only $59 per day, the kids can stay active, improve their tennis and make new friends!
Bookings are essential and payment is required in full upon booking.

Best Club in Australia
Shaw Park tennis centre was recently awarded “Most Outstanding Club 2013” in Australia at the Newcombe Medal awards in Melbourne.
The award was collected by Mark Bloomfield and Gareth Keating on behalf of Shaw Park Tennis. Mark Bloomfield said after receiving the award “We are delighted to be recognised as a leader in the management and operation of tennis centres within Australia. We have worked hard to offer the possible programs to our customers and maximise the utilisation of our facilities. The results we have achieved are only possible as a result of the efforts of our dedicated staff and the implementation of the first class programs promoted by Tennis Australia”.
